How to find the best Airbrush Makeup Foundation: Temptu airbrush Reviews
It has come to my attention over the last few months that airbrushing has hit an all time high. It is no longer hidden away on movie sets like it was for so many years. With new age technology growing and evolving at a rapid rate it only makes sense that we change our make up with it. I agree that we won't all be gracing the silver screen but why can't we have what the movie stars have. Flawless skin. That is all we ask for. Well i think we might have an answer.
Airbrushing has been around for many years but has only recently hit the high street. With many cosmetics companies competing for the Best Airbrush Make up System, it is thought that these machines will go global, and will no longer be the secret weapon of professional makeup artists. With their light weight formulas to suit any skin type they are a must have for anyone who wants to stand out in a crowd. Or are they?
With such hype surrounding these airbrush systems it was about time that we dug a little deeper.
There are alot of airbrush kits for sale out there but one in particular grabbed my attention. Temptu Pro. Temptu Pro are a cosmetics company that specialize in airbrush machines and makeup. They are both shop and online based. Over the last few years Temptu Pro has grown in popularity immensely, not only because they supply airbrush make up foundation, blush, eyeshadow but they also supply body art makeup and tattoo transfers and stencils. They also have a pro membership programme, which allow you discounts and information on the latest products.
I have accumulated about ten reviews that i have found on Temptu make up and also the Temptu airbrush system.
These reviews were the first ten i came across and a whopping 80% loved the product.
Many people mentioned how it leaves a flawless look on your skin and that no other foundation has ever lasted as long as Temptu makeup. There were some issues about colour matches but most people found their perfect shade. Most of the new users found it strange and somewhat distorting at first to use it but quickly got used to the device as all you need is some practice. One user even commented on how she was going to get the cordless Temptu airbrush system at next years IMATS ( international make up artist Trade Show). Since the foundation has a built in primer it saved time for one customer also and most reviewers could not say "enough great things about this product"
There was a comment from a woman that had tried the product and this is what she had to say, "If you are 16 years old and have perfect skin and a trust fund, this system fine. If not, I would use Make up Forever HD". This comment was then answered buy a woman who insisted that the Temptu Pro was worth every cent and found a solution to makeup settling in her wrinkles. All she did was blend and pat the foundation and took to applying less in that area in the future.
Overall, statements such as " It's Love'' and '' I was swimming in the ocean, hiking, tanning and at the end of the day it was still on'' were used in the online Temptu makeup reviews, leaving the average rating of 4.1 out of 5.
There are always alternatives to this. You could purchase cheap airbrush kits and cheap airbrush makeup but will they stand the test.
You can argue all you want about this product but with the final conclusion being 4.1 out of 5, looks like the reviewers gave Temptu Pro the thumbs up.

Which airbrush makeup kit is better?
Should I order the Dinair airbrush makeup starter kit or the Luminess starter kit? Do they really work like they advertise they do?
NEITHER. Dinair is a ripoff. They void any warranty if you use any other brands of makeup in their machines. It apparently "damages" their product". WTF? Then you go on their site and they say that they invented airbrush makeup? Ummm no. The technique of airbrush makeup was developed in 1959 when it was used on the set of Ben-Hur since they had to figure out a fast way to apply makeup to all of the extras. Improvising, they decided to to put makeup in an airbrush (the actual machine was invented more than century ago but used for paint and art) Some sources will say that airbrush makeup was first used on the set of Ben-Hur the 1920s but that is false as Ben-Hur wasn't made until 1959. Airbrush makeup would gain popularity in the 70s and 80s where Dinair would fraudulently claim they invented it as it was "new" to the time. The only thing I like about Dinair is its small compact size (it reminds me of my SK-II Airtouch Foundation) but thats it. If you're not going to allow me the flexibility to use other makeup in your machine then "Boo you whore." Plus the maximum psi is extremely low. It just shows its not that good of a compressor. And then theres the idea you cant use any other airbrushes with their compressor. Seriously??? Dinair is horrible. And Luminess? LOL...I dont know anyone who uses that. I heard it was poopy.
Honestly, I would go for a compressor and airbrush from Iwata which produces the best airbrushes and compressors on the market. Makeup artists and artists alike use it whether it be for makeup or paintings on canvas. I believe MAC uses Iwata when they do airbrush makeup as well. Iwata is always featured at IMATS (International Make-Up Artist Trade Show) btw. I would go for at least an Iwata Smart Jet Studio Compressor (I currently own the Iwata Power Jet Studio Compressor). Its cheapest at Dick Blick from what i've found. (see if they have a store is near you. Its an art supply store but remember, airbrushes can be used for makeup and paint)

As for the actually airbrush, I would HIGHLY recommend the HP-C Plus. http://www.dickblick.com/products/iwata-hp-plus-series-airbrushes/
For makeup to use with the machine, TEMPTU Pro (not the temptu line for consumers in Sephora. Thats overprices and BLEH) and Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics are the ABSOLUTE best. Use Temptu Pro Silicone Based Makeup for a dewy look or OCC water-based makeup for a matte look. The brand you get depends on what you want to achieve.
