With many mentioning that the Brother provides everything features wise that the more expensive models provide, for a far lesser price. And also that the machine itself, as well as the included manual is very user friendly, even for a complete novice.

When the results say "consider malignancy and lymph node metastasis", can it still be a false positive? Can it be disproved by other tests?
My dear aunt, who has been motherandfather to me since 7yrs old (I'm 29 and she's 66), just got this result 2 days ago and I just found out by accident when I cleaned her room.
It's on the neck region and can anyone tell me if this is treatable? I mean if the cancer can be fully removed despite the malignancy. Also, is there a good survivability rate?

When the results say "Consider...something" it is not a diagnosis. It suggests to the physician that it is a suspicious area, but only a biopsy can really say for sure what it is.
It could be her thyroid, but then again, it could be something else. No one but her doctor or surgeon (if this is, indeed, cancer) can tell you if a tumor can be totally removed.
Does she know that you know? I know that you "bumped into" the information, but telling her that you know would probably be a good idea. Many people want to keep things private, but if she knows that you know, it could be a welcome source of support that she will need as this is explored further.
