How to perform a complete PC Diagnostics?

In this sequence a great windows repository or tool that comes in light is windows event viewer. This is the tool where we can see all the issues or errors have been stored in a tabular form and they give us great details about any issue or problem has been found in any PC. So start with windows event viewer and this would make our task very easy that is to diagnose the issue perfectly well and professional manner. After this I also advocate using built in features of Microsoft's windows. These utilities and tools are of great usage and can resolve any issue finds in a PC. If this does not help you may now go for any third party computer cleaner or PC diagnostics tool.

How to restore toshiba satellite vista to factory settings?
I'm following a bunch of directions and I've finally got to system recovery options. It does not state full factory restore... It only has startup repair, system restore, windows complete pc restore (restore from backup image), windows memory diagnostic tool, command prompt and toshiba recovery wizard. I do the wizard and it requires a recovery disk. I don't have one I though it was built-in ???
The restore version you need to use is
windows complete pc restore
Your "D" drive will (or should have a restore HDD folder) which is where the data for the restore is.
It is also where your very first install of the software was made from, when you first installed the system you should have been asked to make a set of recovery discs which you could then use for a less demanding restore/repair.
