Hip piercing help plastic bar vs. Regular bar?
So I got my hip pierced on Friday. I wanted to get microdermals but i only had enough for the bar.. So my piercier said that he was gonna use an acrylic flexible bar instead of the one that looks like an open stable.. So my question is, is there a lower chance of rejection with the plastic/plastic bar or the regular bar?? And also how do I knw if its rejecting ? Sorry I wrote alot lol but if you knw anything about piercings your help will appreciated (:
i've seen better results with a properly placed "staple". hip piercings are tough, near impossible even, to heal. microdermals are definitely the way to go. do your saline soaks and try to be very aware of the piercings throughout your day and keep your fingers crossed
