New for 2010, LEGO has created the LEGO Harry Potter The Burrows (4840) set inspired by the motion picture, Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince. This particular LEGO set depicts The Burrow under attack by two of Voldemort's evil minions. While playing with the Burrow, kids not only get to run into the reeds, but also get to open the windows, doors and gates. Back also opens to allow for play inside. It's three floor of pure fun. Accessories are plentiful, the kitchen includes dishes, sink, storage, swiveling chairs and a long table. Like all LEGO toys, Harry Potter the Burrows will spur your child's imagination and creativity, not to mention be plenty of fun in and of itself. Because of the height of the set's 3 level height, it will see a lot of use in combination with other sets.
The burrow itself has every attention to detail a fan would be looking for when buying this set including a fireplace that you can place mini-figures into and pull the lever to transport them using Floo Powder - just how cool is that!. The house consists of a haphazard structure of three levels along with a pig pen and fire which can easily transport the figures by flu powder. A nice color scheme has been selected by Lego for the house with a large portion of the structure using brown and dark red with light blue and white highlights. There is a separate room for each floor along with a kitchen and two bedrooms.

One of the most epic battles in the Harry Potter movie series has now been re-created in the LEGO Harry Potter Burrow Set. And because the Weasleys were one of the families that played a crucial role in the Harry Potter books and movies, it's highly appropriate that the toy designers of LEGO developed a Burrow set which features haphazard and classical architecture, and offers a down home feel too. This is actually the first occasion where the famous Weasley home has ever been featured in the LEGO product line.
