I saw an interesting occurrence in the promotion process. To move from Qualified Director to Trained Qualified Director you have to have completed the Power Plan Training Modules. I don't think I've ever seen additional training be one of the qualifications for promotion. But I think it's a good thing, as one of the major downfalls of MLMs is the lack of training for the Representatives.
