Fiber Optic Digital Video Transceiver Ensures Signal Quality
Toronto, Canada -GAO Fiber Optics (www.GAOFiberOptics.com) has released its fiber optic digital video transceiver module which is designed to support the transmission of one-way video over one optical fiber.The digital video transceiver uses 10-bit/20MHz sampling technology for video digital encoding ensuring the quality of signal transmission.Its hot-pluggable design and a wide dynamic range of 20dB provides for its convenient installation,maintenance and operation.The all-digital fiber optic video transceiver module is commonly used in closed-circuit TV (CCTV) monitoring systems and is also available in either stand-alone or rack mount card versions.
This fiber optic digital video transceiver module, model GFS102, incorporates an indicator LED for status monitoring of system operation.It provides optical wavelength of 1310 and 1550nm and offers video bandwidth of up to 6.5MHz. The GFS102 video transceiver ensures proper system operation in complex electromagnetic environments and requires no electrical or optical adjustments in field operations. It is compatible with NTSC,PAL and SECAM video formats.Additionally,ST or PC optical connector and BNC video connectors are available.
