Selecting Castors and Pneumatic Wheels
Pneumatic wheels are replacement wheels that are extremely suitable for uneven such as Agricultural, Institutional; Industrial floors that usually demand rough and tough usage. Some of their features include the shock absorbing characteristics, their quiet operation, and ease of rolling that make them ideal for rough surface. Pneumatic Wheels are suitable for manual operation for both indoor and outdoor environments.
It is important to consider various factors while trying to identify proper castors and Pneumatic wheel because at the end each application is unique in its usage, function and output. IT is advised that a buyer should consider buying the castor or Pneumatic wheel that is suits their needs and application.
Criteria to consider before Selecting Castors and Pneumatic wheels include load weight, floor conditions, unusual conditions, temperature, swivel radius, Rollability and technical assistance.
The more heavy load is, larger the wheel diameter required for the castor and the Pneumatic wheel. The load weight also influences the rollability. It is advised that for loads over 250 pounds bearings be incorporated. When the momentary load imposed upon a castor or wheel when the load is dropped on equipment, strike obstruction or vibrates it should be able to absorb the shock and impact.
Castors and the Pneumatic wheels you opt for must be large enough to suit your peculiar floor conditions. It should be able to deal with cracks in the floor, moldings, or any other unforeseen obstacles.

What is the amount of pressure required for pneumatic tools?
I need to the level of pressure needed say, for an impact wrench or a pneumatic sandering tool...
If you need this information to buy a compressor then other factors need to be taken into consideration over just the PSI.
Different power tools require different pressures, and each power tool has a max PSI that is available to it. For example most cut-off wheels are not recommened above 90 or 100 psi as they would spin too fast and can cause the cutting wheel to explode when it comes in contact with a material.
The next thing to consider is the time the device will be used. For example you would probably not want to use a 1 gal tank to frame a house, as you will wait forever for the pressures to constantly be built back up. Jitterbug sanders require more volume and will use up a 1 gallon tank in a matter of seconds.
So heres the best thing. Get a medium sized compressor maybe 20 gallons, get it with a max PSI of maybe 140, and an adjustable pressure output, and you should be pretty good at taking care of just about whatever you need. You may have some wait time for pressures to be built up if you are constantly using the tools. But that also depends a lot on the compressor.
