Toshiba laptop is stuck in "Startup Repair is checking your system for problems" mode. What is the fix?
Each time I boot my laptop, I get the pop up message startup repair is checking your system for problems... After this process is complete, I get the pop up message Startup Repair cannot repair this computer automatically giving me the option to Send information about this problem or Don't Send. No matter what I try, I am unable to access Microsoft Windows.
You should have the option to skip the startup repair. It's strange that it would start trying to fix your computer without giving you the option to stop it. If this keeps repeating in an endless loop, you may have to use your Toshiba Repair CD.
