do xbox 360s still have the red ring of death or have they finally fixed it?
thanks to the recent price cut i want (and can finally afford!) an xbox 360. but will i have the red ring of death? i know they have extended the warranty to like 4 years or sumptin for the red ring but it would be a hassle to send it in. have they fixed it or are they still wasting everyones time?
well red ring of death is when you play way too much
and the system overheats because of such crappy design and cooling system.... most of the time.
so until they make a better design and/or ventilation
there is no guarantee you won't get it
but to be on the safe side
play under 6 hours a day and keep your xbox in an open space environment and not in a tight compartment and hopefully you'll be OK.
