My Buddy's and I really like to play soccer, and injuries are pretty common, could you tell me how to treat scrapes, cuts, and bruises outside, without going home? You wouldn't believe how many times we had a game, my buddy gets injured, then we have to go home to treat him. (I know that there might be an infection, and yes I have a first aid kit in my pack)
if u mean by common wounds Simple wound
1st u have to wash the wound with water or normal saline thoroughly
2nd stop bleeding by compression using clean dressing
3rd sterile the wound using betadine or alcohol
4th cover the wound well
it is more than enough for simple wound
consult a doctor to be sure your wound do not need more care or drug
