Can't sleep - shallow breathing!?
I can't sleep. I have to work early in the morning so it's too late for me to take any meds to help me sleep. I've had a warm shower, lit some vanilla oil, drank milk, masturbated twice, and tried to think of meadows, beaches and all things calm - but nothing is working. My breath just feels really shallow and like I can't get enough air in. Any suggestions?
Can't sleep, or can't get to sleep? I've had problems staying asleep, and found out I had a mild asthma (shallow breathing), sleep apnea, and perhaps acid reflux.
