About HID-Xenon kits installation.?

Is a relay needed for just high beam bulbs installation?

Items listed in the box:
2x Xenon Bulbs
2x Standard or Slim Ballasts
2x (Standard) Brackets or (Slim) 3M Super Adhesive Double Sided Tape.
1x Instruction Booklet
and the wires needed.

Are the items listed in the package enough for the installation or something else is needed to be put on?
Why is there such a big price difference between the same Xenon-HID light kits?
some are $59.99 and some are $159.99

the proper way to hook up a hid kit is to follow manufactor spec instructions that come wit kit ...... if not u need a relay to take up the load the hid have u cannot i repeat cannot use just ur power comming from head light switch it will burn up (unfortunate experiance ) usually the kit comes wit a harness that has a relay the one wire goes to battery and the other uses the positive from ur original plug as the positive trigger to turn them on and then the ground viola ur done happy blinding people. asper price u get what u pay for great rule of thumb in life
