in my sink, silver metal has turned a bright teal/green... what is it and how do i get rid of it?
It sounds like a metallic reaction like when copper gets a green patina because of weathering.
If the sink is stainless steel, try a s/s or copper cleaner. Both are non abrasive and come in a powder form.
