New Cable Tie Tools have pre-set tension specifications but over time through wear and tear, there may be some deviation in tension strength. The question is how much will the deviation be and if there are any solutions to tune it back to original specification
The tension is restored back to spec by replacing the spring. Check manual it should have a recomedation. With daily use of 4 hours is should be replaced yearly. More use sooner, less use longer.
If grip portion breaks replacement part can take up to 2 mo. to recieve. If mounting bracket breaks replacement of tool is normally faster and less expensive.
