In web design class, my teacher fails to teach us how to use computer programs before giving us assignments. We have to make a webpage (due Friday), and we are told that we have to use

As for tags I have never heard of them, all I can think of are

Could you have meant those?

EDIT: Dreamweaver is just the tool you are using to create the HTML markup, you could use notepad (as "real men" claim they do lol) or any number of other HTML creating programs. HTML is HTML it is irrelevant what tool you use to create it.
