Knowing the Flap Wheels and Its Functions
Hand sanding normally does not give the best results in carving the woodwork. There are many specifications of a flap wheel. There is shank-inside measurement, outer-inside measurement and ore diameter. The bore diameter is also called the inner inside diameter it has a center mounted from a wheel. The shank-inside measurement gauges the inside diameter inside the integral shank, mandrels from the pin or the wheel and also the shaft.
Diverse abrasive grains are utilized in abrasive flap discs. Aluminum oxide of light weight is used in this process. They are mixed with crocus and emery to have an abrasive material to complete the solution. An additional compound aluminum zirconia can be also used for this process. This is made by combining aluminum oxide with zirconium oxide. This is commonly used to improve the overall performance of stainless steels that are used as grinding materials.

Leaking fuel tank and gauge?
This is on a 50 year old gasoline powered tractor. The gas tank is right in front of the steering wheel. The fuel gauge is mechanical, and it's not working. It bolts onto a 2" hole at the top side of the gas tank. I took off the gauge, and the cork gasket more or less crumbled apart. Now, when the tank is half full, the gas sloshes around and comes out of the crack between the gauge and the tank. What's a good kind of sealant to put between the gauge and tank that is impervious to contact with gas?
You can buy a small sheet of cork gasket material at most auto parts stores and just cut your own gasket, which is what I'd do. If you don't want to do that then try some RTV. Look at the various types on sale at the parts store and read the label to find which one is rated for use around gasoline. If you use RTV you need to lay a good bead of it down on the tank surface before putting the sending unit back on.
